By using finecove.online, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
2. Website information
Catalog descriptions, prices, durations, capacities, and schedules are provided for planning and may require confirmation. A catalog selection is not a completed booking until FineCove confirms availability and arrangements.
3. Class participation
Participants are expected to follow instructor guidance, use tools responsibly, respect other makers, and leave shared work areas clean. FineCove may decline participation where conduct creates a safety or access concern.
4. Materials and finished work
Material lists identify the expected studio resources. Clay work can crack, warp, or fail during drying and firing despite reasonable care. FineCove does not guarantee a particular finished result.
5. Payments and cancellations
Any payment, transfer, cancellation, or refund terms will be communicated before a booking is finalized. The demonstration cart on this site does not process payment.
6. Intellectual property
FineCove owns or licenses its written content, visual system, curriculum wording, and trademarks. You may use your own finished work personally, but may not reproduce FineCove materials as a competing service without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or submit content that violates applicable law.
8. Disclaimer and limits
The website is provided for general information and class planning. To the extent permitted by law, FineCove is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website or reliance on unconfirmed catalog information.
